2 tablespoons | Fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon | Minced crystallized ginger |
¼ teaspoon | Crushed coriander seeds |
¼ teaspoon | Crushed red pepper |
1 tablespoon | Chopped fresh mint |
Gently mix all ingredients, except mint, in a bowl until well blended.
Cover & chill at least 2 hours or up to 4 days. Stir in mint 15 minutes before serving.
