Philpott" <colonel@...> Very simple posting: in Thailand we routinely dip fresh fruit in the following dip before eating it as a snack try it to pep up that bland apple or pear... superb with mangoes. For very sweet fruits (oranges, pineapple...) double the amount of salt.
