½ cup | Pitted sweet cherries |
⅔ cup | Nonfat buttermilk |
3 tablespoons | Sugar |
3 tablespoons | All-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons | Brandy |
1 \N | Egg -- lightly beaten |
1 teaspoon | Powdered sugar |
Coat 2 (5-ounce) ramekins or custard cups with cooking spray. Place ¼ cup cherries into each ramekin; set aside. Combine buttermilk and next 4 ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour evenly over cherries. Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until puffed and set. Sprinkle the top of each with ½ teaspoon powdered sugar.
