French toast #2

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 \N Eggs
¼ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt (up to)
5 slices Bread
\N \N Butter
\N \N Powdered sugar

In a long pyrex dish mix eggs, milk, sugar & salt with fork until blended.

Place bread in egg mixture letting bread soak for a short time. May stick holes in the bread to help bread soak up the egg mixture. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, cook toast until brown on each side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
