French burgers

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Thyme; minced
2 teaspoons White wine
1 tablespoon Minced onion; plus 1 teaspoon
2 \N Garlic cloves

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Broil until done as desired (3-4 minutes for rare meat, 5-7 minutes for medium meat, and 8-9 minutes for well-done meat).

Per serving: calories 148, fat 5.4g, 34% calories from fat, cholesterol 66mg, protein 20.9g, carbohydrates 2.4g, fiber 0.3g, sodium 131mg.
