|1½ cup||Onions; thinly sliced|
|1 pounds||Frankfurters; cut into 1/2 inch slices|
|2 cups||Hot cooked rice|
|11 ounces||Condensed cream of mushroom soup|
|6 slices||American cheese|
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté onions 4-5 minutes, until tender. Add franks and brown lightly. Stir in next 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 3 minutes, until heated through. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese and bake 10-15 minutes.
