2 slices Cheddar cheese
4 slices Bacon
Hotdog buns
  Mustard or chili sauce

Slit each weiner to make a pocket. Cut cheese into four even slices. Put slice of cheese in each weiner; wrap weiner with bacon slice. Fasten both ends of bacon to weiner with toothpicks. Bake at 350ø for 20 minutes. Serve on hot dog buns with mustard or chili sauce. Yield: 4 servings.
