Frank sinatra's meatballs

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Eggs
1 cup Water
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 \N Clove garlic
1½ pounds Ground beef
½ pounds Ground pork
1 cup Grated Italian cheese

Mix eggs and water together. Add salt, bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic to egg mixture and let stand for five minutes. Combine beef, pork, and cheese with bread mixture and mix thoroughly. Shape into balls. Fry on both sides in olive oil over medium heat.
