1½ cup | Oats |
3 cups | Flour, bread |
½ tablespoon | Salt |
½ tablespoon | Dough enhancer; optional |
3 tablespoons | Oil |
1 \N | Eggs |
½ cup | Syrup, maple flavored |
1⅔ cup | Water; warm |
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "sweet bread" and push Start.
In hot or humid weather, reduce water to 1-⅓ c.
