½ cup Melted butter
Box (6 1/2oz) onion & garlic
  Salted croutons (4 cups)
Beaten egg
1 pack (10 oz) chopped frozen
  Spinach (thawed but not
  Cooked)
¼ teaspoon Thyme
1 dash Salt
⅛ teaspoon White pepper

Cook celery in butter until tender. combine with other ingredients; mix well.
