Measure Ingredient
½ cup Minced celery
½ cup Melted butter
1 \N Box (6 1/2oz) onion & garlic
\N \N Salted croutons (4 cups)
1 \N Beaten egg
1 pack (10 oz) chopped frozen
\N \N Spinach (thawed but not
\N \N Cooked)
¼ teaspoon Thyme
1 dash Salt
⅛ teaspoon White pepper

Cook celery in butter until tender. combine with other ingredients; mix well.
