1 pint Milk
Eggs
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Heaping tsp cornstarch
½ cup Sugar
  Cinnamon

Start milk warming in sauce pan. In a small bowl mix egg yolks, salt, sugar and vanilla. Mix egg yolk mixture into hot milk. In ½ cup more cold milk dissolve cornstarch and mix into milk and egg mixture on stove. Cook until mixture bubbles and you can't stir it down.

Bread egg whites and fold into pudding. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
