| 1 cup | Sugar |
| ½ cup | Instant Coffee Granules OR |
| ½ cup | Coffee Crystals |
| ½ cup | Unsweetened Cocoa |
| 1 dash | Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
| ¼ teaspoon | Almond Extract |
| Boiling Water | |
| Whipped Cream -- if desired |
In lrg. bowl, combine all ingredients except extracts, boiling water and whipped cream; mix well. Place 1½ cups of mixture in sm.
bowl. Add vanilla extract; mix well. Add almond extract to remaining mixture in large bowl; mix well. Store each in tightly covered container. To serve: Combine 3 tbsp. of desired mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir to blend. Garnish with whipped cream. Makes 1 ½ cups of each flavor of mix.
