|¾ cup||Icing (confectioner's) sugar|
Cream butter til soft and pliable. Sift cocoa. Blend well. Sift icing sugar and add. Mix well, adding more icing sugar if too soft to roll. (At least 1 or 2 spoonfuls). Shape into a roll. Roll in crushed nuts. Chill for several hours. Serve in slices.
