| Measure | Ingredient |

| ¼ cup | Wine vinegar |

| 1 | Flank steak |
Combine first five ingredients and marinate flank steak in the mixture for 5 or 6 hours. BBQ until still pink in the center; never cook flank steak well as it will be tough and dry. Cut across the grain in thin slices to serve.
