fish patties

MeasureIngredient
1 can Salmon. I took bones and skin out, added:
½ cup (maybe more) seasoned bread crumbs
Egg
Handful fine chopped celery
Handful fine chopped and onion
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Chef Prudhomme vegetable seasoning (or any cajun-type stuff)
  Snipped fresh thyme and scallions from my garden

Made the patties and sauteed in very little olive oil (just enough so they don't burn) in a cast iron frying pan until brown on both sides. Served with sauteed onions, pineapple and green peppers and homemade tartar sauce.
