Ripe mangos, peeled and coarsely chopped
½  Red onion, peeled and diced
Jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
4 tablespoons Lime juice
Cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons Minced fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons Coarsely ground black pepper
  Salt, to taste

1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients well; refrigerate at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
