Fiori di sicilia loaf

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Canola oil
¼ teaspoon Fiori di Sicilia extract
3 cups Bread flour
2 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon peel
1 tablespoon Orange peel
¼ teaspoon Cardamom
1 teaspoon Yeast

Place all ingredients into bread machine in proper order for your machine.

Bake on rapid cycle with light crust.

Serving Ideas : Serve with cream cheese or yogurt sweetened with honey.
