½ pounds | Bacon; fried crisp |
1 small | Green bell pepper; diced |
1 \N | Medium onion; diced |
1 \N | Small cabbage; shredded |
2 \N | Cloves garlic; chopped |
3 \N | Carrots; slivered |
\N \N | Leftover pork or beef roast; diced in bite size chunks |
½ cup | Soy sauce |
1 cup | Frozen green peas; thawed |
In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove, leaving 1 to 2 T. of bacon grease. Stir fry all vegetables until crisp or desired texture.
Add meat and crumbled bacon. Mix well. Add steamed rice.
Thoroughly mix; add soy sauce and peas and mix.
