Fillipino fried rice

Measure Ingredient

2 cups Rice; steamed
½ pounds Bacon; fried crisp
1 small Green bell pepper; diced
1 \N Medium onion; diced
1 \N Small cabbage; shredded
2 \N Cloves garlic; chopped
3 \N Carrots; slivered
\N \N Leftover pork or beef roast; diced in bite size chunks
½ cup Soy sauce
1 cup Frozen green peas; thawed

In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove, leaving 1 to 2 T. of bacon grease. Stir fry all vegetables until crisp or desired texture.

Add meat and crumbled bacon. Mix well. Add steamed rice.

Thoroughly mix; add soy sauce and peas and mix.
