Filled danish pastry

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) cream cheese
1 \N Stick butter
1 cup Flour
\N \N Apricot preserves
\N \N Chopped nuts

Mix ingredients, except preserves and nuts. Shape into balls the size of a walnut and press into miniature muffin tins. Fill with 1 teaspoon apricot (or any fruit) preserves, and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned.
