Filled apple dumplings - butter busters^

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Brown sugar

1 cup Brown sugar
\N \N AND
2 teaspoons Sweet 'n Low Brown
2 cups Water
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¾ cup Liquid Butter Buds
6 eaches Apples, cored
¾ cup Grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
¼ cup (to 1/2) Grape Nuts
6 larges Flour tortillas

Boil sugar, water, cinnamon and liquid butter Buds for 5 minutes. Fill apples with a mixture of cheese and Grape Nuts. Rex\\serve 2 tablespoons Grape Nuts for topping. Place apples in tortillas stem side down. Pull edges to seal with warm water. Place in a 9½ x 11" casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour syrup over apples Sprinkle with remaining Grape Nuts. Bake at 350F 30-40 minutes. Serve warm. These can be topped with frozen nonfat yogurt or Dream Whip.
