|½ cup||Grated parmesan cheese; (Italian)|
|Salt and freshly ground white pepper|
|A tiny pinch of nutmeg.|
1. Melt butter in a pan. 2. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. 3.
Reduce sauce until it begins to thicken 4. Stir in cheese off the heat.
