| Measure | Ingredient |

| 3 tablespoons | Butter |
| 1½ cup | Fresh cream |
| ½ cup | Grated parmesan cheese; (Italian) |
| ½ teaspoon | Mustard |
| Salt and freshly ground white pepper | |
| A tiny pinch of nutmeg. |
1. Melt butter in a pan. 2. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. 3.
Reduce sauce until it begins to thicken 4. Stir in cheese off the heat.
