| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1¼ cup | Flour; white or wholewheat |
| 1 cup | Oat bran or oatmeal |
| 1¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 tablespoon | Baking powder |
| ½ cup | Evaporated skim milk |
| ½ cup | Defrosted apple juice concentrate |
| 1 | Egg -or- |
| 2 | Egg whites or equivilent |
| 1 | Ripe banana; mashed -or- |
| ½ cup | Applesauce |
| 1 cup | Fruit; berries, diced peaches, pears; apples, raisins, whatever |
| ½ cup | Nuts; if you like |
Mix dry ingredients. Stir together wet ingredients except 1 cup fruit.
Blend together wet and dry, add fruit and nuts. Bake 425 for 17 minutes.
