Fat-free chocolate cake #1

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup Flour
2 cups Sugar
¾ cup Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 tablespoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup Strong coffee
1 cup Sour milk (1 tbs white vinegar plus enough skim milk to make 1 cup)
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Date: Mon, 7 Aug 1995 22:22:15 GMT Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add each remaining ingredient one at a time, mixing well and scraping bowl after each addition. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Top with fat-free whipped topping and fresh berries if desired. Makes 12 servings.
