Fast break from eggs breakfast casserole

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Turkey sausage (hot or mild, your choice)
2 cups Apples, peeled and cut in chunks
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Shredded carrots
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Jicama, peeled and julienned
1 cup Bulgar wheat
⅓ cup Plain nonfat yogurt
¼ cup Scallions, sliced very thin (tops included?)

Combime the uncooked sausage, apple chunks (small cubes), raisins, carrots, scallions, nutmeg, cinnamon, jicama, and bulgar wheat with ⅓ cup nonfat plain yogurt. Bake it in a loaf pan for 40 minutes.
