1 cup | Jicama, peeled and julienned |
1 cup | Bulgar wheat |
⅓ cup | Plain nonfat yogurt |
¼ cup | Scallions, sliced very thin (tops included?) |
Combime the uncooked sausage, apple chunks (small cubes), raisins, carrots, scallions, nutmeg, cinnamon, jicama, and bulgar wheat with ⅓ cup nonfat plain yogurt. Bake it in a loaf pan for 40 minutes.
