Fasnachtskiechli / carnival treats (basel)

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
10 \N Eggs
100 grams Sugar
1 \N Grated lemon rind
½ decilitre Cream
50 grams Butter (melted)
1 kilograms Flour

Mix well and roll out ½ cm thick. Cut out rounds and fry in deep fat (200 C). Dust with powdered sugar.
