| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1½ cup | Pumpkin, cooked |
| 1½ cup | Evaporated Milk |
| ½ cup | Brown Sugar |
| ¼ cup | Sugar |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ teaspoon | Ginger |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Cloves |
| 4 | Eggs, slightly beaten |
| 1 | Pie Shell, baked |
Combine all ingredients in a double boiler and cook until thick.
Cool and poor into pie shell.
This pie filling can also be served as a pudding.
