2 pints | Fresh brussels sprouts halved |

8 ounces | Water chestnuts; drained, diced |
1 tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, parsley, sugar and salt to a boil. Add brussels sprouts. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until tender; drain. Add water chestnuts and butter; heat through.
