Extra-quick yeast rolls

Yield: 24 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast -- quick-rise 1/4 oz
1 tablespoon Sugar
¾ cup Warm water
2½ cup Buttermilk baking mix

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in biscuit mix and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Shape into dinner-size or cut with 2½ inch round biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 min. or until golden brown.

Yield: 24 rolls.
