extra special spinach dip

| 1 | Envelope vegetable soup mix |
| 16 ounces | Sour cream |
| ½ cup | Mayonaise |
| ½ teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| 10 ounces | Frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
| 8 ounces | Water chestnuts; drained and chopped |
Blend soup mix, sour cream, mayonaise and lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Variations: Add 2 T chopped green onion, radishes or crumbled bleu cheese. Or omit water chestnuts and add 1 cup chopped apple. Source: Lipton box Submitted By MEG ANTCZAK On 03-07-95
