esther's chocolate zucchini cake

| Measure | Ingredient |

| ½ cup | Margarine |
| ½ cup | Oil |
| 1¾ cup | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs; lightly beaten |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ½ cup | Sour milk |
| 2½ cup | Flour |
| 4 tablespoons | Cocoa; or less |
| ½ teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 2 cups | Zucchini |
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients to first mixture and beat well. Add zucchini.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
