| 1 can | Salmon (1 lb.) |
| 1 cup | Bread or cracker crumbs |
| Salt & pepper to taste | |
| 3 tablespoons | Butter |
| 3 tablespoons | Flour |
| 2½ cup | Milk |
Drain salmon; reserve juice. Melt butter, add flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk, stir until thickened, add salmon liquor.
