| 6 eaches | Ears corn |
| 2 tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1¼ teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
| ½ cup | Milk |
| 2 tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 1 cup | Soft bread crumbs |
Remove husks and silks from corn. Cut corn off the cob. (2-½ Cups).
Mix corn with next 5 ingredients. Melt butter or margarine and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle ¼ cup crumbs over bottom of a 1 quart casserole. Add corn mixture, cover and bake in a preheated moderate oven (375) 30 min. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake, uncovered, 20 min. or until crumbs are brown.
