England's christmas bread of 1942

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Water
6 ounces Evaporated skim milk
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2¼ cup Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Orange peel; grated
1¼ teaspoon Bread machine yeast

Put ingredients in pan in the order listed, or according to your bread machines instructions. Select white cycle. Makes 1 pound loaf.
