Onion; chopped
Chili peppers; chopped
Cloves garlic; crushed
1 cup Cooked tomatoes
  Oregano
  Cumin
Sprig of thyme
Sage leaf
  Salt
  Paprika

1. Cook onions and peppers in oil.

2. Add tomatoes and seasoning and simmer well.

3. Correct seasoning.
