Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
1 \N Onion; chopped
2 \N Chili peppers; chopped
2 \N Cloves garlic; crushed
1 cup Cooked tomatoes
\N \N Oregano
\N \N Cumin
1 \N Sprig of thyme
1 \N Sage leaf
\N \N Salt
\N \N Paprika

1. Cook onions and peppers in oil.

2. Add tomatoes and seasoning and simmer well.

3. Correct seasoning.
