1 pack | (8 oz) crab flakes |
½ cup | Green onion slices |
2 tablespoons | Flour |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 dash | Pepper |
4 \N | Eggs |
1¼ cup | Half and half |
Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle cheese, crab flakes, onion, flour, and seasonings on top of pie crust. Beat together eggs and half and half. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 55-60 minutes or until set. Makes 6 servings.
