| ½ cup | Green onion slices |
| 2 tablespoons | Flour |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 dash | Pepper |
| 4 | Eggs |
| 1¼ cup | Half and half |
Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle cheese, crab flakes, onion, flour, and seasonings on top of pie crust. Beat together eggs and half and half. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 55-60 minutes or until set. Makes 6 servings.
