|2 tablespoons||Eau de cologne|
1. Put elderflowers in a bowl and bruise them with a wooden spoon 2. Pour over boiling water and stir for a few seconds 3. Leave to infuse and cool 4. Strain and add Eau de Cologne. Transfer to a jug and use a funnel to pour it into a clean jar or bottle.
