Eggs, potatoes and hot dogs

Measure Ingredient
3 smalls Potatoes; diced
4 \N Hot dogs; sliced
6 \N Eggs
3 teaspoons Bacon drippings

Heat bacon dripping in a skillet. Add the diced pota- toes and cook until almost tender. Add hot dogs and cook for one minute. Add the eggs and scramble all together as they cook. Serve with toast.
