Eggs obstaculos

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
¾ cup Tomato sauce
\N \N Hot sauce, to taste
8 \N Eggs
1 cup Beer
\N \N Toast

Combine oil, tomato sauce, and hot sauce in a shallow pan. Heat to boiling. Break eggs into pan and heat slowly until eggs are cooked.

Pour beer over. Serve immediately over toast. (I haven't tried this but may sometime soon.)
