6 \N EGGS LIGHTLY FRIED OR SCRAMBLED
6 \N ENGLISH MUFFIN HALVES TOASTED
1 \N RECIPE CHILE CON QUESO:
1 pounds MEXICAN VELVEETA plus
1 can ROTEL

Place sauteed bacon on muffin halves then top with eggs and cover with sauce made of velveeta and tomatoes nuked in microwave till melted.
