Eggnog recipe - real easy

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 gallon Pasteurized eggnog from your dairy shelf
½ gallon Eggnog ice cream
1 quart (to taste) dark rum

This is a very easy recipe for fail safe eggnog. True, it may not satisfy the "purist" who wants to make it from scratch, but then you also don't have to worry about salmonella. The original recipe came years ago from an old Esquire magazine. I've made it for office parties at work sans the rum and still got raves. go figure.

Stir this around and cover with whipped cream, if you have no shame.

Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
