Eggless chocolate mousse

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon Cold water
2 tablespoons Boiling water
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Cocoa
1 cup Whipping cream; or Rich's whip
1 tablespoon Vanilla

Sprinkle gelatin over cold wate Let stand till softened. Sti r in boiling water till dissolved.

Mix sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Add cream and vanilla. Beat till stiff peaks form.

Fold in gelatin mixture and chill.
