Measure | Ingredient |

1 teaspoon | Unflavored gelatin |
1 tablespoon | Cold water |
2 tablespoons | Boiling water |
½ cup | Sugar |
¼ cup | Cocoa |
1 cup | Whipping cream; or Rich's whip |
1 tablespoon | Vanilla |
Sprinkle gelatin over cold wate Let stand till softened. Sti r in boiling water till dissolved.
Mix sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Add cream and vanilla. Beat till stiff peaks form.
Fold in gelatin mixture and chill.
