egg salad with dill

MeasureIngredient
Eggs, hard-boiled
½ cup Purple onions -- finely chopped
⅓ cup Fresh dill -- chopped
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Sour cream
¼ cup Dijon mustard
  Salt and pepper -- to taste

Peel the eggs and quarter them. Place in a mixing bowl with the onion and dill. In another bowl whisk together the mayonaise, sour cream and mustard and pour over the egg mixture.
