Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg Yolk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2¼ cup Cognac

1. Mix egg yolks and sugar and vannila untill light coloured creamy.

2.Add Cognac and stir until all is well blended.

3.Keeps for 1 month.
