Hard cook 1 egg for each person. Shell. While the egg is warm, carefully manipulate it into the shape of a small, round apple, pressing down at stem and blossom ends. Insert a clove for blossom end, and a sprig of parsley for the stem. Color egg carefully and delicately with a small brush and food coloring to resemble apples.
