Egg and cheese dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 \N Hard boiled eggs; finely chopped
1 small Jar of pimento; drained and finely chopped
1 dash Paprika
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Onion; finely minced
1 \N Loaf cocktail rye bread and or crackers

Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise and seasonings. Add eggs, onion and pimento. Chill for at least 1 hour for more flavor. Serve will cocktail rye bread and/or crackers.
