| 3½ ounce | Pkg. dried beef |
| 6 | Eggs, slightly beaten |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 3 tablespoons | Milk |
| 3 ounces | Pkg cream cheese, softened |
In skillet, melt butter on low heat. Tear beef into bite-sized pieces.
Saute in butter 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine eggs with pepper, milk, & cream cheese. Pour into skillet & slowly cook until cheese is melted & eggs are thoroughly cooked. 2-3 servings.
