|3½ ounce||Pkg. dried beef|
|6||Eggs, slightly beaten|
|3 ounces||Pkg cream cheese, softened|
In skillet, melt butter on low heat. Tear beef into bite-sized pieces.
Saute in butter 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine eggs with pepper, milk, & cream cheese. Pour into skillet & slowly cook until cheese is melted & eggs are thoroughly cooked. 2-3 servings.
