Easy vinaigrette dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Olive oil
⅔ cup Chicken broth
½ cup Cider vinegar
1 large Clove garlic
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon EACH salt and sugar

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well blended.

Pour into a jar and cover tightly. Or, using minced garlic, put all ingredients in a bowl or jar and shake or whisk until blended. Shake or whisk before serving.
