Easy sweet & sour sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Apricot or peach preserves
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Ketchup
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard

1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher.

2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2-½ to 3 minutes at High; stir once.

Yield: About 1-¼ cups.
