Easy peanut butter cookies

Measure Ingredient
14 ounces SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
¾ cup PEANUT BUTTER
¼ cup EGG BEATERS
1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
2 cups BISCUIT BAKING MIX
1 each GRANULATED SUGAR

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEG F. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, BEAT CONDENSED MILK, PEANUT BUTTER, EGG, AND VANILLA UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD BISCUIT MIX; MIX WELL.

CHILL FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR. SHAPE DOUGH INTO 1" DIA. BALLS. ROLL BALLS IN SUGAR. PLACE TWO INCHES APART ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. FLATEN EACH BALL WITH A FORK, MAKING A CRISS-CROSS PATTERN. BAKE FOR 6 TO 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. DO NOT OVER BAKE. COOL. STORE TIGHTLY COVERED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
