Yield: 2 Fruit cake

1 pack | 1 lb 3 oz white cake mix |

¼ cup | Water |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Lemon extract |
3 \N | Eggs |
½ cup | Sifted all purpose flour |
1 pounds | Light raisins |
1 pounds | Whole pecans |
½ pounds | Whole candied cherries |
½ pounds | Candied pineapple, cut into strips. |
Line two greased 8½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½ inch loaf pans with waxed paper; grease paper.
Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Add 3 eggs; b eat w minutes longer.
Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.
Pour into the two prepared pans.
Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
