Easy holiday fruit cake

Yield: 2 Fruit cake

Measure Ingredient
1 pack 1 lb 3 oz white cake mix
1 \N Egg
¼ cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Lemon extract
3 \N Eggs
½ cup Sifted all purpose flour
1 pounds Light raisins
1 pounds Whole pecans
½ pounds Whole candied cherries
½ pounds Candied pineapple, cut into strips.

Line two greased 8½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½ inch loaf pans with waxed paper; grease paper.

Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Add 3 eggs; b eat w minutes longer.

Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.

Pour into the two prepared pans.

Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
